Student Enrollment Center

Welcome to Catoosa County Public Schools. Catoosa County Public Schools (CCPS) uses an online registration process. For any family that is not able to complete the process online, we also offer in-person services at the Student Enrollment Center. Online registration must be completed electronically before the enrollment process can be completed and the student activated at the enrollment center.

We allow for a range of documents to demonstrate age, residency, identity and immunization status; exceptions will be made where appropriate. No document will be required that would cause or result in discrimination based on race, color, national origin or immunization status.

Click here or use the Infinite Campus Parent Portal App for the following:
 ~Existing families enrolling a new student that have at least one student currently enrolled in CCPS
 ~Currently enrolled CCPS Pre-K student enrolling for Kindergarten
 ~Currently enrolled students updating information (change of address, household phone numbers, email address)

Once you complete the online process, the Student Enrollment team will review your information. If something is missing, they will notify you. If not, you will receive a confirmation email.

Monday-Thursday 8:00am to 4:00pm
Friday 8:00am to 3:00pm
**The Enrollment Office will be closed November 24-28, 2025**

Note: Hours during the summer and holidays are subject to change according to the Catoosa County Public School System calendar.  The Student Enrollment Center follows CCPS delays and closures for inclement weather.
